About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to provide a safe, warm and confidential environment to talk through difficult thoughts and feelings. I believe that the relationship with my clients is of the utmost importance and is fundamental to the success of the counselling process.
Counselling is an exciting, challenging and empowering process. The work will enable you to feel less confused, more confident and clearer about how to take control of your life.
I believe that you are your own expert and the counselling will go at your pace. I will work in a way that suits you and support you through difficult thoughts and emotions that you may experience.
I work with an integrative approach drawing on different models of counselling. The process will give you an opportunity to have a clearer picture of any changes you may need to make to improve the quality of your life in the future.
This work will explore your thoughts and behaviour patterns and help you develop strategies which will enable you to take control of your life.
