About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile 😊
We all need support in life and at times, we reach out to therapy to provide us with that support. Therapy can help us to understand complex emotions or behaviours as well as help us to learn more about ourselves. Sometimes it is just nice to talk to someone who is hearing and feeling what is going on for you.
I can offer you a non-judgemental space to explore whatever it is you need support with. Together, we can work through your fears, your difficult memories or whatever is hindering you in life.
I trained as an integrative Counsellor, which means that whilst I use the Person-Centred model, I believe in adapting to you and your needs so I will draw upon other therapies or methods to support you.
My first session
If you would like to have a chat with me to see if I am the right Counsellor for you, please give me a call or send me an email. I will gather some basic information from you and we will arrange a day and time for our first session.
You may feel nervous when you start therapy, but please don't worry... many people feel the same. In our first session we will spend a short amount of time discussing the contract and I will need to get some more details from you.
