About me and my therapy practice
Professional and personable counselling in Manchester City Centre.
Therapy can be a confidential, supportive, non-judgmental place to explore feelings and issues. It can help people develop self-acceptance, understanding, relaxation techniques and ways of coping. Counselling can also help people work towards goals, positive change, improved relationships and a reduction of unhelpful habits and behaviours.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I use a variety of techniques and approaches in my work. I tailor my way of working to meet the needs of the person I am working with. The way we work will also depend on what you would like to achieve through therapy.
I have worked with clients experiencing a range of issues and have experience of short-term, long-term and open-ended therapy. You are welcome to bring very specific, solution-focused issues to be worked on in the short-term. At the same time, issues which require exploration over a longer period of time are welcome too. The length of time we work together can be decided at a later date.
Skype and telephone counselling available. £40 per 50 minute session (discount offered for students, those on low income and senior citizens). I offer a free 30 minute phone consultation to give you chance to consider whether you’d like to work with me.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
