About me and my therapy practice
I help people to feel at their best by providing a trusting and safe space for people to work through the issues they are facing. I work face to face or online and I am based in The City near New Change and St Paul's.
Whether it is anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss, imposter syndrome or knowing you are not at your best, I would like to work with you, helping you develop a different approach or way of thinking.
I am person-centred and work in an integrative way which means that I use a range of different approaches and techniques tailored to my clients’ needs.
I believe that the most important part of the therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist, the client needs to feel comfortable and safe. Consequently, I offer a free initial consultation so my clients can know whether this will feel right for them.
We take each session at a pace you are comfortable with and in a gentle manner. There are no complicated forms, no list of questions, just you and me, responding to what you bring.
Typically the sessions are 50 mins, once a week and can take place in my therapy room in the City or online over Zoom.
My first session
Before the first session, we will talk over the phone so I can assess your needs and learn a little about why you are coming for therapy.
The first session is free and a chance for us to explore the issue that has brought you to therapy.
