We all have our own unique way of experiencing life, and I believe that having our experience heard and understood by another is one of our basic needs.
Maybe you are noticing unhealthy patterns of behaviour in your relationships, which are causing you problems. Are you experiencing difficult thoughts or emotions, perhaps: anxiety, over thinking, ruminating, self loathing, anger, sadness or loneliness. Do you feel lost and unsure of your true identity. Are you experiencing racial or cultural issues, or do you need support as you navigate a difficult period in your life due to loss or change.
Practice description
Whatever your issues, you can discuss them openly with me, in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space, and begin to unravel, understand and change behaviours that are causing you pain. I can also help you to manage any difficult thoughts or emotions that you find overwhelming. As an integrative therapist I combine different models of therapy, which means that I am able to tailor my approach to meet your needs.
I believe that the core of successful therapy is about building and maintaining a trusting relationship with the right therapist, which is a collaborative effort. If we both decide that we can work together, I will be committed to supporting you throughout your time in therapy, with your well-being always being my main priority.
My first session
Entering into therapy is a big step and can feel overwhelming, especially if it is your first time. I offer a free 20 minutes consultation, which you can use to ask me any questions you may have about therapy, or maybe to discuss what it is you hope to achieve from our sessions together.
