About me and my therapy practice
We all experience life in a unique way, and I believe that understanding our experience and being understood by another can help us to make sense of our existence.
I am a BACP registered integrative therapist working in central London. I offer a safe and confidential space, which you can use to discuss anything you choose to bring to therapy.
Have you identified patterns of behaviour or addictions that are causing problems for yourself and others. Or maybe you are experiencing thoughts and emotions that you are finding difficult to manage. Perhaps: anxiety, overthinking, catastrophising, self-loathing, anger, sadness, loneliness, abandonment or rejection. Do you feel lost or unsure of your identity. Are you experiencing racial or cultural issues, or do you need support as you navigate a difficult period in your life due to loss or change.
Practice description
Whatever your issues, we can begin to unravel, understand, change, or accept them. We can work on managing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and learn how to not let them overwhelm you.As an integrative therapist I combine different approaches to therapy in my practice, which enables me to tailor my approach to meet your needs.
I believe that the core of successful therapy is about building and maintaining a trusting therapeutic relationship, which is a collaborative effort. If we both decide that we can work together, I will be committed to supporting you throughout your time in therapy, with your well-being always being my priority.
My first session
Entering into therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if it is your first time.
