About me and my therapy practice
My practice is based in Liverpool city centre on Water Street. I am a person-centred counsellor which refers to the philosophy that underpins the way I work and I am a member of the BACP.
People come to therapy for many different reasons and you don’t have to be in a crisis. Therapy can involve talking about emotions, difficult events that you have experienced or relationships, it can also be about behaviour change or dealing with negative thoughts.
I offer an initial free of charge, no obligation 15 minute consultation, this can be on the phone or online. This gives us a chance to discuss what you are looking for and how I work.
You may wonder if counselling will help, counselling can help widen your awareness and you can start to feel better.
