About me and my therapy practice
You don't have to cope alone.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for you to explore what you are going through, find coping strategies, work through feelings, and find understanding.
I am an integrative counsellor so I adapt my approach to your needs, and through our relationship we can explore the present, the past and aims or goals for the future. I am experienced in working with trauma-informed therapy, surviving sexual violence and abuse, parental issues, self-esteem and self-image, depression, anxiety, grief, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and relationship issues.
Whether you are feeling alone or going through a stressful situation, finding it hard to manage or wanting to make change in your life, trying to live with past trauma or simply don’t know how you feel - talking to a professional can help you figure it out.
