About me and my therapy practice

We will explore your priorities using the approaches best for you (such as gestalt, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) or coaching).  Our sessions will increase your awareness of the unique cycles of thought and behaviour you go through and how patterns affect your health and relationships (with yourself and others).


I can assist with feeling stuck, change, grief, isolation, disconnection, stress, anxiety, procrastination, depression, overwhelm, perfectionism, feeling 'not good enough', self-care and recovery.  You will gain more choices by exploring thoughts, feelings, body and environment.  Greater awareness will create change, hope, purpose, resilience, practical solutions and healthier relationships.  



Practice description

You can expect a safe, confidential, non judgmental space, which is yours for 50 minutes.  We will focus on our therapeutic relationship and working together to improve your health and wellness.  I will encourage you to ask questions and move at your pace.  When there are challenges, we will address them together.  We will create a working agreement and regularly review it.  

I will listen to you and encourage you to talk honestly so that you experience how powerful and transformative therapy and/or coaching can be.  

I have seen clients grow in confidence, trust their intuition and enjoy focusing on their emotional, physical and spiritual health.

I can work with individuals and couples (online and in person) in South West and Central London.  

My first session

The first session is an opportunity to meet each other to see how we feel about working together.  We talk about what has led you to seek therapy or coaching, any patterns you are aware of and what you would like to be different by the end of the sessions.  If you are not sure about what you need, the process of us working together will help to clarify things.
