I am a Gestalt therapist and coach and can negotiate a variety of days and times with you.
About me and my therapy practice
I can assist with issues including feeling stuck, beginnings and endings, grief, isolation, disconnection, stress, anxiety, procrastination, depression, overwhelm, perfectionism, feeling inadequate and being in recovery. By looking at the whole picture and connecting thoughts, feelings, the body and environment, we can increase choices. Greater awareness can create change, renewed hope, resilience, practical solutions and more fulfilling relationships.
Talking honestly and being listened to is powerful, healing and can be transformative. I can assist you to trust your intuition and focus on improving your emotional and physical health.
You will have a safe, confidential, non judgmental space of your own, where your wellbeing is our priority. I work openly, encouraging you to ask questions and go at your pace (with some challenges, which we will discuss). Our 50 minute sessions will be framed with a working agreement which we create together and regularly review.
I see clients online (or in person in South West London and other locations by negotiation).
My first session
The first session is an opportunity to meet each other to see how we both feel about working together. We talk about what has led you to find a therapist now, any patterns you might be aware of and what you would like to be different by the end of the sessions. It is ok not to be sure of what you need, as the process of working together will clarify things.
