About me and my therapy practice
Taking those early steps towards counselling can be daunting, but my approach will be compassionate, caring and supportive working at a pace comfortable to you.
There are so many reasons why we feel distressed. Having the opportunity to think and talk to someone who listens, and supports you, as you explore the difficulties you’re facing helping you find a better understanding of yourself.
As you overcome your problems by discovering solutions you will find you become happier and more content.
