About me and my therapy practice
In life there will be times when you feel worried, sad, anxious, depressed about your current situation, or stuck and unhappy in a relationship. We all need help and support in life at times. I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, offer support, and tools to equip you towards a resolution and peace of mind.
I am a qualified counsellor registered with the BACP and the ACC, and I provide therapy for adults in private sessions .I believe in the power of change and the potential for growth. I am primarily Person-Centred, but believe in Integrative counselling, by pulling on the resources of different elements of specific therapies. I believe that there is no single approach that can support each client in all situations, but rather tailored to the requirements of the client.

As a therapist, I aim to support you as an individual by taking a practical, open mind and down-to-earth approach. My working style is interactive, engaging, and welcoming. I bring warmth and strength while also being appropriately challenging. I truly care about understanding your unique experiences and creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.
My first session
Looking for the right therapist can be challenging, I offer an initial assessment session of 50 minutes and if we believe that we are a good match , it will be my previlage to journey along side you .
