About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced, interactive, queer affirmative, spiritual yet down to earth creative Counsellor + Anger Management Therapist with over 29 years experience.

I offer a safe + confidential setting to support, explore, challenge and encourage personal growth, self-confidence and change.

I specialise in LGBTQIA+ Counselling, Gender and Identity Counselling, Domestic Violence Counselling and Mindfullness.

I work either face2face, on the telephone or on video link and offer 1 -1 Counselling; 1-1 Anger Management; Couple Work; Group Work; Body Psychotherapy and Mindfulness.

Im also an experienced and qualified supervisor for Qualified and Trainee Counsellors and offer training in Domestic Abuse, Anger Management and LGBTQIA+ issues.

Free parking and easy access from nearby bus stops.

My first session

I offer a free 20 minute introductory session on the phone, online or face 2 face.
