Otherwise I have availability online Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during the day and in the evening.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with adults and adolescents, across a wide range of issues. My approach focuses primarily on enabling you to understand what brought you where you are today, and where you want to be. With this understanding, we develop solutions for you to get there. Each client is unique, and I use a blend of approaches to meet your specific needs. I am an integrative counsellor, and have also trained in CBT techniques. I work with people dealing with anxiety and depression, facing challenges with their relationships, or looking to improve their ability to tackle personal challenges.
I usually work with people in the creative industries, or in high-pressured work environments as I understand the demands of the business environment.
After a decade in a Sixth Form College, I also enjoy working with young adults (16-19 years old) as I am familiar with their hopes and struggles, their attitudes, and their unique views on the world.
My first sessionI think having an initial short conversation can be a good idea. You can ask me any question you have and we can then decide if we want to work together. There is no charge for this.
