About me and my therapy practice
Person-centred therapist, offering face to face, online and telephone in the East Sussex area. Although Person-centred trained, I do work in an experiential model.
Taking the step towards a counselling relationship can feel daunting, but the first step is the hardest. I offer a safe and confidential environment, for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and often memories to enable you to lead a well balanced life.
I offer a telephone Initial consultation to discuss the issues you are seeking help for. We can then work together to find the most suitable mode of therapy and availability. I do attempt to be as flexible as possible to enable people to engage in therapy.
My first session
In the first session we will complete a core10 form to evaluate your presenting issues and possibly discuss further around your answers. We will then talk around what has bought you to therapy and any possible history of therapy support.
