About me and my therapy practice
I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with particular expertise in working with depression, anxiety, trauma and other stress related issues including PTSD. I also have a special interest in working with issues of identity, self-esteem, meaning and purpose.
As a therapist I provide a confidential, safe and supportive space for you to explore what is troubling you. I draw upon a number of different approaches to counselling and psychotherapy, and in collaboration with you, adapt the work to meet your needs.
My core qualification is a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (Distinction). In addition to talking therapy, I am qualified in Somatic Experiencing, a whole person approach to healing stress and trauma and I am a registered Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.
On my website, you will find more information about my services, training and experience, and about practicalities such as making contact and location. If you do not find the information you require, please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
During the COVID pandemic I am working online and over the telephone. Outside of the current physical distancing, I practise in person in London Bridge (SE1) and Crouch Hill (London N4).
