About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered counsellor helping clients with issues such as trauma, loneliness, anxiety, depression, separation, divorce, affairs, bereavement, stress, low self-esteem, abuse and family issues with both young people and adults. I offer you support and help in a confidential, calm place and am here to help if you are struggling with life or feeling overwhelmed.
However daunting counselling feels to you right now, you have already taken the first step forward.
My approach is to work alongside you: providing you with a welcoming space where you can talk about whatever you wish to, in confidence. So if you are finding it hard to express your thoughts with your loved ones, therapy can be the solution. I am hear to help and support you.
