About me and my therapy practice
Would you like to feel differently about your life, or at least how you approach the challenges you face? Adlerian Counselling helps you to recognise and understand the purpose of your own behaviour – why you do what you do. Adlerians believe that there is a purpose to all behaviour, and I can encourage and support you to gain insight and try new ways of being to ultimately achieve change.
I am trained in Adlerian Counselling and Psychotherapy completing my diploma in 2010. Prior to this I obtained a Degree in Human Biology (BSc Hons) in 1992 and a Diploma in Social Work in 1994, and have extensive experience built up from working in the social care field for well over 35 years, and more latterly in palliative care and bereavement counselling. I have also completed my training and am starting in practice as an End of Life Doula.
I am a member of BACP, BASW and registered with SWE, and abide by their ethical frameworks. For more information visit my website – www.spaceintime.co.uk
