About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor working with adults, offering both long- and short-term therapy.
Providing containing and safe space where together we can think about your difficult thoughts and feelings and build a therapeutic relationship is essential to how I work.
Psychodynamic approach I draw on in my practice involves thinking about past relationships and experiences and how they can affect the way of relating to yourself and others. Together we will explore your past and current relationships in order to understand and work through the difficulties you may be facing at the moment
I have experience working with wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and loss, providing therapy to people from diverse ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds with several years of experience working as a Psychotherapist in a Community Counselling setting and as a Counsellor in Higher Education.
If you would like to find out more about how I work, please get in touch via telephone or email to arrange an initial consultation which will provide the opportunity to explore your issues and what you wish to get out of therapy.
