Maybe you feel like there are invisible eyes waiting to pick at your faults leaving you feel small and on edge? You cringe at the past, the present is difficult and the future looks bleak. Perhaps you feel anxiety physically through nausea, blushing, sweating or stuttering?
Feeling normal seems hard.
One reason that stops many from seeking counselling is feeling like a burden or worrying about stopping another who “really needs it.” Its not about needing help; its about wanting help.

There are many styles of therapy; we will be working Psycho-dynamically, which recognises the internal conflicts in us all. Together we will safely explore and work through these conflicts.
Issues created in past relationships can be repaired within a therapeutic relationship without further risk of shame. You will gain insight about yourself and unravel the years of pain, moving towards REAL lasting change.
We will be working online (via Zoom) to reduce any extra stress of travel or meeting in person that many struggle with.
