About me and my therapy practice
It takes courage to ask for help.
As a skilled Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to gently explore the difficulties that can cause us pain and suffering. In my practice I use an individualised and integrative approach to empower my clients, develop skills and utilise the resources within to help face and resolve life’s challenges.
I work with a broad range of issues which include supporting personal development, cultural transitions, relationship issues, sexual issues, empowering change, life stages, coping skills and addictions, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, bereavement, redundancy and work related problems, separation and divorce.
I am a registered member of the bacp and work within the bacp code of ethics.
