About me and my therapy practice
I am qualified integrative counsellor/ therapist and I strongly believe that our experiences can be explored and worked through when they have impacted our lives. For me it is important that clients have the freedom to explore experiences in a private, warm, safe space. I work in private practice in Clapham Common and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics. My beliefs strongly underpins my person-centred non-directive approach, but will use psychodynamic approach and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) if and when required. I believe counselling can help clients explore and work through experiences that impact upon them as an individual and with my warm, empathic and non judgemental approach I am sensitive and committed in supporting clients work towards making positive steps of change in their life.
