About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited member of the BACP (Registered Member MBACP [Accred]). I believe in making counselling and psychotherapy affordable for those in need who might not normally be able to access it. I work with young people and adults with a wide range of issues; I have worked extensively with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem and high levels of self-criticism and shame. I am an integrative therapist, using a variety of approaches in my work. I am interested in Compassion Focused Therapy which is particularly effective with those who are very self-critical.What I can help with
