About me and my therapy practice
I'm an experienced BACP registered counsellor working with individuals in short-term and long-term work.
Talking therapy is an opportunity to speak to someone who isn’t part of your life and can listen without judgement. You don't have to feel ill or in crisis to come for talking therapy. You might know what you want to talk about or just have a sense that things are not right. Or there may be something significant that you feel you need help processing.
Talking therapy gives you a space to be heard and an opportunity to think about your life, relationships and repeating patterns of behaviour. This involves talking about your past and the experiences that have made you who you are. You are in control of this process throughout. My role is to listen without judgement and be alongside you to help you think about your life.
