About me and my therapy practice
Talking therapy is a way of clarifying your problems with someone to help you make sense of them and to see them in the context of your life and everything that has happened so far.
When you can better understand yourself, you can move forward with choices that give you confidence in your ability to cope with day to day stresses and with any life decisions that you want or need to make.
I have worked in the NHS for many years, in private practice and with young people who have grown up in difficult circumstances. I have experience with a wide range of life and relationship problems and have counselled countless people from diverse backgrounds and of different ethnicities and faiths.

If you are unsure about counselling and whether it would be helpful for you, I am happy to provide a free pre-arranged 20 minutes phone consultation to help you decide.
