As of August 2022, my practice is full and I'm unable to take on any new clients.
Please note, I only work with those aged 18 or over.
About me and my therapy practice
Many of my clients are neurodivergent as I have a personal interest and good understanding of the issues faced by those on the autistic spectrum. I also like to support parents, partners or anyone else who cares about an autistic person, with or without a diagnosis.
I also have experience of counselling the bereaved at The Bereavement Counselling Charity for 18 months and counselling students (aged 18-25) for 2 years at the University of Portsmouth.
I can help by providing a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore your feelings.
I work in a person-centred way, accepting and valuing you, seeing your world as you experience it. I will be honest and transparent about how I experience you and will help you to explore whatever issues you bring to our session, promoting greater self-awareness and helping you to reach your potential. I can also help support and normalise your grief and loss.
Please reach out by email, telephone or text to book a free 15 minute phone or Zoom chat so we can get to know each other a little better and decide if we could work together.
I am offering face to face counselling in central Hayling Island, South East Hampshire and I also provide counselling online via Zoom and over the telephone.
