About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited counsellor working with individuals and couples.
My approach stems from a belief that every human being is unique and views the world in an individual way. Much of the therapy I offer is an exploration of what makes you who you are. This will often involve looking at childhood, your values and relationship patterns, in a supportive and non-judgemental way. I believe in gently encouraging clients to reach their full potential.
Often clients come to therapy because of a particular crisis or difficulty in their lives. Simply telling your story to a non-judgemental stranger can be enormously beneficial. However, you don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes clients simply want a space to explore the meaning of their lives in a more philosophical way. Therapy offers a safe place for that exploration.
I offer Mindfulness for clients who are interested in using or learning about meditation.
I am a registered and accredited member of the BACP and I practice in accordance with their ethical guidelines for safe practice.
I practice from The Cherrycroft Practice within walking distance of Camberley town centre. The setting is quiet and tranquil, allowing us to work together with confidentiality and privacy.
