Availability

Hello,

I am an integrative psychotherapist based in London, offering in-person sessions in Stroud Green (N4) and online therapy via Zoom for clients across the UK and beyond.

I see clients Monday to Friday, during the day and in the evening.

Starting therapy can feel daunting, and I aim to make the first step as supportive as possible. If you are considering therapy and would like to explore whether we might work well together, please feel free to get in touch to arrange an initial session (there is no commitment to further sessions).

If you would prefer to speak first, I offer a complimentary 15-minute telephone call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.

I look forward to hearing from you.

With best wishes, Lisa

About Me

Originally from Yorkshire, I have lived and worked in London for over 30 years. Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in photography and advertising as a producer and studio manager. These experiences inform my practice, bringing curiosity, creativity, and an understanding of the transitions and pressures that can unfold across adult life.

Practice description

My approach is integrative, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and relational perspectives. I work reflectively and collaboratively, exploring patterns shaped by earlier experiences while focusing on what you need in the present to move forward. Alongside deeper exploration, I also offer practical tools where helpful.

When life feels uncertain or overwhelming, I aim to offer a thoughtful, steady, and compassionate presence.

Experience

Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked at the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity at Herts & Essex Hospital, supporting cancer patients and their families at all stages of treatment, including survivorship and palliative care. I have also volunteered with the City & East London Bereavement Service in Tower Hamlets, supporting individuals navigating grief and loss.
