Practice description

Personal Therapy: I welcome individuals over the age of eighteen to explore their wants and needs within the confidential space of personal therapy.

Contemporary Intimate Partner Therapy:

We will work together to explore more about what you are looking for in therapy and in your relationships. I will help identify ways to better communication, facilitate dialogues and provide more clarity. The supportive space I offer can help co-create agreements and manage conflict.  Exploring  what is important in the relationship for each partner can help make decisions and choices alongside positive change.

My first session

Our initial session is an opportunity to find out more about what you are looking for and the process of therapy. I try and provide a thoughtful, calm and beautiful therapy room to help you relax and feel comfortable during our session.

We will go through some history and help provide some experience of what it will feel like to work together. We can talk more about what you would like from therapy to help ensure I can support your therapeutic needs through our sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a humanistic integrative psychotherapist in private practice. My therapy has a foundation in Transactional Analysis and I enjoy working in a relational style. I welcome supervision for counsellors working with clients over the age of 18. Together we can create a supportive environment, building trust and inspire you in your counselling practice, and ultimately help your clients.

I enjoy exploring counselling experiences to help develop and deepen understanding of the client/therapist dyad and value the relationship we will build in the supervisory process.

I utilise the seven eyed model of supervision to help attend to developmental focus and support you, and the important work you do.

My supervision work is appropriately supervised, and I adhere to the ethics of the BACP.

Please get in touch and I would be pleased to discuss what you are looking for and how our supervision may integrate into your practice.
