About me and my therapy practice
Choosing a counsellor can be very difficult as it is important to find the right counsellor for you. Someone that you feel comfortable enough with to explore the difficult and sensitive areas of your life that are impacting on you.
Our sessions are about you and what is having a negative impact on your way of being. I will not lead or guide you but metaphorically walk beside you while we explore your thoughts and emotions to help you find a better way forward. This is your safe place to explore whatever you feel that you need to in a non-judgmental space.
At times our Anxiety can get the better of us and talking with a therapist can really help you work through what is having a negative impact on your way of being.
Working with the affects of menopause and how our thought processes change and the challenges this brings. Working with a therapist through this process helps with an understanding of our selves and these changes.
Practice description
I work with people from all walks of life and I believe that we are all individuals and deserve to be treated as such. There are times in life when our problems can seem insurmountable, by talking through what is negatively impacting on you it can help you to find a calmer and better way forward.
Our session are for 50 minutes

My first session
The first session lasts for around half an hour and is complimentary. In this time you can ask any questions that you may have and see how comfortable we would be working together. It is important for you to feel comfortable so as to enable you to explore the areas that you need to.
An assessment will be carried out in this time and if we feel happy to work together a regular session time will be booked for you.
