I am available Monday to Friday. My first appointment is at 09:00 and the last one of the day is at 16:00. A session lasts for 50 minutes.
About me and my therapy practice
I AM CURRENTLY OFFERING ON-LINE SESSIONS ONLY. FACE-TO-FACE SESSIONS WILL RECOMMENCE SOON.
A fully qualified cognitive behavioural therapist. I work primarily from a CBT perspective aiming to create a warm, safe, supportive relationship based on empathy, acceptance and openness. With a foundation in the Person Centred approach, I have additional training in Compassion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy, and combine elements of these approaches with Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion to work in a creative way that is tailored to your individual needs.
I have extensive and ongoing experience from private practice and in a psychiatric hospital setting working with adults (16+) across a wide range of issues where people are experiencing distress. We will work collaboratively at a pace that suits you to address your goals and aspirations.
