About me and my therapy practice
Finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with and able to talk to is extremely important. I work with my clients in a way which provides them with a space they can rely upon for safety, care and respect. This allows them to explore their difficulties and improve their well-being, as they gain more insight into their lives.
I can offer you Integrative counselling, an approach which uses Psychodynamic and Person-Centred theories to provide you with deeply empathic support whilst you process your experiences. During our sessions together, I would work to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with you, providing you with a non-judgemental and safe environment to encourage and enable your healing. I know that you are the expert of your life, and so would support you in processing your experiences and what they mean to you, always inviting and encouraging your insights and feelings into our space.
