About me and my therapy practice
**Welcome!**
If you've been feeling worried, stressed, anxious, or depressed, or if you've recently received a diagnosis of ADHD or another health condition and are unsure how to cope, you're in the right place.
If you're looking to improve your self-esteem, manage your emotions, or navigate relationships and life more effectively, counselling can provide the support you need. Talking to a professional can help you feel more grounded, empowered, and happier in yourself.
**Counselling** may seem daunting, but it’s really a safe, confidential space where you can express yourself freely. When we feel supported and truly heard, we gain deeper self-understanding and build the confidence to make more informed, positive choices in our lives. Whether you’re seeking peace of mind or clarity in your thoughts and emotions, anyone can benefit from this journey of self-discovery.
### **What You Can Expect**
Counselling sessions with me can help you:
- Develop a stronger sense of self-worth and awareness
- Boost your confidence and self-esteem
- Feel calmer and more relaxed in daily life
- Improve communication skills
- Build more intimate and satisfying relationships
- Create healthier patterns in how you relate to others
I primarily offer **online counselling**, allowing you to choose the platform you’re most comfortable with, such as Zoom.
I am fully insured, engage in regular clinical supervision, and attend ongoing training as part of my commitment to **Continued Professional Development (CPD)**. My passion lies in helping people transform, often in a relatively short time, and supporting them in growing into their best selves.
Feel free to get in touch for more information. I offer an initial half-price session to provide you with the opportunity to explore how counselling can work for you.
Practice description
You can reach me by phone or email, and I typically respond within 24 hours to schedule your first informative session, which is offered at half price.
This initial session provides an opportunity for us to meet—either online or in person—to discuss any questions you may have about counselling and the reasons that bring you here. During this time, we can also go over the contract details to ensure that we both have a clear understanding of what to expect from our sessions and how to make the most of them for your benefit.
If you choose to continue, we can schedule further sessions, usually within a week. The number of sessions required varies greatly, depending on the issues you wish to address and your individual needs.

Practice description
My approach to therapy is personal, flexible, and all about you. Each session is tailored to whatever you want to bring to the table and at whatever pace feels right for you. I aim to honour your process, but if I sense you’re ready, I can gently challenge you in a supportive way to help push through barriers.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), and Creative Therapy. This allows me to adapt our work together to your unique needs, exploring patterns in your behaviour and helping you understand where they may come from. By developing self-awareness, we can identify the roots of your challenges and find a path toward positive change.
Since no two people are the same, I customise every session to meet your individual needs. As therapy progresses, we may adjust our focus or approach to explore new areas or issues that arise. Whatever you’re facing, I believe therapy can help you live a richer, fuller, and more satisfying life.
I specialise in working with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma, and I also have extensive experience with clients who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD. This experience can be helpful not only for those with a diagnosis but also for their family members who may need guidance and support in navigating these complexities.

About me and my therapy practice
*** FIRST SESSION HALF PRICE ***
If you have you been feeling worried, anxious, or depressed, or you’ve recently found out you have diagnosis of ADHD or another health condition and you are not sure how to cope with that, you are in the right place.
Or if you would like to improve your self-esteem and learn how to manage your emotions, relationships, your life in general in a way that you would feel better in yourself, happier, it is good to talk.
Counselling can sound first a bit daunting, but I say that therapy sessions give people safe space they need to express themselves. When we feel safe, supported and heard, we can reach a place of greater self-understanding and become more confident in making better, more informed choices in our lives. Anyone can benefit from taking time off and exploring their thoughts and feelings, discover greater confidence and feelings of peace and content they hoped for.
Counselling sessions with me can help you with some of the following (although there is so much more):
• Greater sense of self-worth and self-awareness
• Increased confidence and self-esteem
• Feeling calmer and more relaxed
• Better communication skills
• More intimate and satisfying relationships
• Develop healthier patterns of relating to others
In my sessions, I follow the values of equality, honesty, non-judgemental approach, and all that is said will stay safe and confidential with me.
My practise is mostly held online (you can choose platform of your choice, I usually use zoom) but I can see people face to face, if they prefer that.
I am fully insured, have ongoing clinical supervision and regularly attend courses and further training to enhance my knowledge and professionalism with Continued Professional Development (CPD).
I feel very privileged to see people change for better in a relatively short time and I am passionate about supporting people to see them grow into their “better self.”
Feel free to contact me for more information.
Practice description
My style is personal; every session is about you, whatever you want to bring to the session and whatever pace you want to go, I will honour that, although if I feel you are ready I can help you with a supportive challenge as well.
I am an integrative counsellor which means I use techniques from person centred modality as well as other approaches such as CBT, TA or creative therapy.
I'll work with you to develop self-awareness and understanding of your behaviours, that might have the same patterns, and help you to find the way out by exploring where some of these issues might stem from, as I believe these are important factors when we want to make positive changes in our lives.
As we all are different, every session is tailored to the needs of individual clients. Approach can be changed as we move on in our sessions and maybe get into a different issue to explore. Whatever the issues might be, I am confident the therapy can help anyone to live richer, fuller and more satisfying life.
I am experienced in working with ADHD and neurodivergent clients which can be helpful not only for those with diagnosis but for their family members as well.

Jul 27, 2023 after therapy with Alice for 2 months on issues concerning stress, anxiety, LGBT, family conflicts, self-esteem, anger management and ADHD.
Alice is a very kind and calming therapist. She listens and really puts a lot of thought into what you need at the time. I feel very safe and comfortable with her and I really feel like she wants to help.
Alice also has so many useful coping skills to share, she makes the effort to send useful links and she's very creative and has a really lovely way of describing things.
