Are you trying to do your best as a man but it's coming apart? Do you struggle in your relationships? Are you bewildered with what your life is about or your own faith journey?

Where you might be finding yourself
Many men struggle in their relationships - as a partner, as a father and as a friend. Even though we have many resources, actual interactions in the world can be fraught with guilt, anger and anxiety. So much so that we find ourselves soothing our soul with food, sport and alcohol.
Despite being able to generate enough money to feel safe enough in the world, we can find ourselves questioning what we’re doing, wondering whether we’re engaged in what is really of value. The need to find meaning in our lives often feels essential yet leaves us feeling empty.
What I offer
My own search for meaning and faith journey, along with my desire to live fully in relationships, has often driven me. These have become both a source of great satisfaction and joy, as well as a source of pain and struggle. Wrestling with such things can leave us blessed and limping.
I offer the opportunity to meet with another person at a deeper level - to have all of our parts welcomed as they are and to courageously explore what’s going on together, so that we can discover new ways forward.
How I can help
Working with men, relationships and meaning is my absolute passion because I’ve spent a lot of time trying to live in and work out the messiness of these parts of my own life. So, I don’t believe that there is a state of pure peace that we all can get to. However, my expertise is to help you unleash your own personal powers for living within the tensions and messiness of real life.
I work via the online platform, Zoom.
My first session
I offer a free first session. This is a great opportunity to meet me, discuss any concerns or queries you might have, and for us both to evaluate if and how we might be able to work well together.
There is no obligation to work together after this session.
