About me and my therapy practice

I have over 14 years experience in private practice. I offer appointments until 8.30pm.

I specialise in working with men wanting counselling and support for issues of abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, LGBTQ+ issues and relationships. I do see clients of all genders, sexualities and relationship styles diversities.

My style is to support you through talking with each other to look at what is currently going on in your life, what you want to change and where appropriate your past. We can then through exploration, choose the way that you want to change. That may include learning new practical skills. The choice of how you change your behaviour is yours.

I also have extensive training through Pink Therapy for working with clients of sexuality, gender and relationship style diversities from an affirmative perspective.
