About me and my therapy practice

New clients welcome.

I specialise in offering a face to face and online service specialising in helping other men.

I have extensive experience of helping clients issues of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and with men who are victims/survivors of domestic abuse.

I have many years of experience of working with clients from the LGBTQIA++ community.

Session with me last 1 hour.

My style is to support you through a conversation to look at what is currently going on in your life, what you want to change and where appropriate your past. You can then through exploration, choose the way that you want to change. That may include learning new practical skills. Counselling is not an advice service. I cannot fix you.

I also have extensive experience and training via Pink Therapy for working with clients of sexuality, gender and relationship diversities.

Professional Qualifications

Cert in Counselling UCL (London) 1998

Post Graduate Certificate in Psychotherapy and a further 4 years at an on going Post Graduate Group 2004

Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapy from Spectrum Training, (London)

Making An Appointment

I reply to calls/emails within 24 hours Sunday to Friday 11am and 8pm. Normally I will do it on the same day.

When I call you and don't get a reply I will leave a message when possible or send you an email to let you know I have called. I will wait for you to contact me. I will not keep calling you.
