About me and my therapy practice

I understand that talking about your difficulties may feel overwhelming, but by providing a safe space and a caring relationship, I offer you a place to be listened to and to see things differently.

You may be struggling with anxious thoughts or low mood; perhaps family relationships have become strained or you’re finding it hard to navigate through a difficult time. I provide a integrative approach to work with a variety of aspects, by talking to the individual and using an approach to best suit their needs.

I also provide counselling to those with physical disabilities. I provide a space to talk about the aspects of disability that may be too sensitive to talk about elsewhere.

I’m a member of BACP, currently offering remote work. Contact: psychotherapylb@gmail.com

Do you need somebody to talk to? Are you unsure where to start? I can support you by discussing a range of issues at your own pace. There is never any pressure to talk. Sometimes you might want to write or draw instead and this is often the gateway to helping you share and work on your difficulties.

I’m have experience working with different disabilities and am an LGBTQ+ ally.
