You may be struggling with anxiety or depression; trying to manage life's transitions; perhaps family relationships are strained or your self-confidence and self-esteem feels low? I use an integrative approach to work with a variety of topics, utilising techniques to best suit you.

I understand that talking about your difficulties may feel overwhelming but by providing a safe space and a caring relationship, I offer you a place to be listened to and to see things differently. 

I have over 10 years experience working within the field of psychology and mental health and have supported people with a range of difficulties including: issues around food and body image; identity; low self-esteem and confidence; anxiety and depression.

Practice description

By providing a safe space for you to feel listened to, understood, and not judged; I support you to see things differently. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship for you to discuss the issues affecting you at your own pace.

I’m currently working remotely providing online/telephone predominantly. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your current requirements.

I have experience working with clients with disabilities and long-term conditions including: MS; Cerebral Palsy; ME, CFS and rare neurological conditions. I also work with neurodivergent clients.

My first session

In the first session I will ask some questions about you and the topics you would like to discuss in therapy. It is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we would like to work together. You will also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about the process.

We will usually have a phone call prior to starting sessions and then an introductory session is offered at a reduced rate.
