About me and my therapy practice

I understand that talking about your difficulties may feel overwhelming but by providing a safe space and a caring relationship, I offer you a place to be listened to and to see things differently.

You may be struggling with anxious thoughts or low mood; perhaps family relationships are strained? I use an integrative approach to work with a variety of aspects, utilising techniques to best suit the individual.

I offer counselling to those with physical disabilities and I provide space to talk about aspects of disability that may feel sensitive. I am also a LGBTQ+ ally.

I’m a member of BACP, currently offering remote work online and over the phone
