I use my unique combination of training as an experienced psychotherapist, health coach, and athlete to offer:

I believe in the power of developing ourselves through insight, self awareness, relationship and self-exploration. With 15+ years’ experience, I offer short term and open-ended therapy for a wide range of concerns. I am trained in person-centred counselling & Jungian depth psychology. 

Health Coaching

Are you motivated for change but feeling stuck? 

Through personalised interventions such as nutrition, recovery, breath training and movement I support my clients’ through change and toward physical & mental resilience.

My clients often work on reducing anxiety, shifting depression, addressing mental health concerns, resolving eating distress, balancing relationship to food & body,  boosting sports performance or optimising emotional wellbeing.

Breathwork Training

We spend 100% of our lives breathing.  Breathing quality and breath patterns directly effect how we feel:  Calm, rested, anxious, hyper vigilant, tense...  you can influence all of these with your breath.

Breathwork can help if you:

  • Struggle with anxiety or tension
  • Experience low mood, lack of motivation or lethargy
  • Find you are unable to enjoy things you should be enjoying
  • Are struggling to be present with loved ones and friends
  • Have the occasional meltdown and aren't sure why

Training sessions are available 1:1 online or in person (RG1).  

Practice description

I work from Mind Garden Therapy in central Reading and online. I offer both short and long term psychotherapy, health coaching & nutrition coaching.  I have worked in private practice for nearly 15 years and am co-owner & director of Mind Garden Therapy Ltd, established in 2010.


£60 per session for psychotherapy (50 minutes)

£40 for health/nutrition/breathwork coaching (45 minutes, initial assessment session 1.25 hours @ £75)

£85 per couples or family therapy session (60 minutes)

Breathwork Training

I am an experienced psychotherapist, health coach & athlete offering breathwork training for anxiety, depression & personal development.  

We spend 100% of our lives breathing. 

Breathwork is use of voluntary breath patterns to access our stress response and activate the entirety of our brain. It is more dynamic than meditation and is proven to improve resilience both physically and mentally. 

I currently offer in person or online 1:1 training sessions. 

Practice description

If you are saying things like ' I should be enjoying myself but I'm not' or 'I can't go on like this, my mood is so low', maybe you're having the occasional meltdown or you just feel you aren't functioning at your best, breathwork can help you.
