Holistic Psychotherapy & Functional Breath Coaching
I combine a range of experience & training in therapy, nutrition coaching, breath training and movement therapy to offer a unique approach to whole-person health.
Clients that come to me often say things like:

I offer my clients over 15 years of experience and the following qualifications:
- Master of Arts in Pastoral Counselling
- BACP Accredited since 2009
- UK Health Coach Association Certified
- Oxygen Advantage Certified Functional Breathing Instructor
- Precision Nutrition Certified Coach
- Level 1 Trainer in Functional Fitness
I pursue a deep range of professional development and am trained in therapeutic breath & movement therapy by an expert resilience coach in the US.

Practice description
I currently offer:
- 1:1 therapy or breath coaching as one-off sessions or in packages of 6 or 12 sessions
- Professional consultation or training programs delivered 1:1 or in small groups for health professionals using breath training & autonomic health approaches in their work
- Online learning programs about anxiety, breathwork & more
- Online coaching workshops for professionals & clients on breath, stress, whole person health & more
My first session
Initial 20 min phone or video consultations are free of charge. First sessions are chargeable at usual rate.

I’ve been a therapist for a long time (since 2002!). Over the last 8 years I’ve competed internationally as a CrossFit athlete and studied functional movement. Alongside my career in mental health, I found my passion for mind-body health growing rapidly.
Once I landed on the most underestimated and overlooked aspect of our health (breath) and its ties to our autonomic nervous system (ANS), that I found a way to integrate the mind-body link into my therapeutic work. This quickly took over the whole of my work and I now offer a unique approach to physical & emotional health that puts the (ANS) at the centre of our work together, mirroring its central place in our bodies and our wellbeing.
Without autonomic health, we have no real health. The ANS is the home of our stress response and our breath function. When the ANS is healthy, so are you. This understanding has taken my own self care to a new level and I now work to help my clients experience the same.

Breathwork Training
I am an experienced psychotherapist, health coach & athlete offering breathwork training for anxiety, depression & personal development.
We spend 100% of our lives breathing.
Breathwork is use of voluntary breath patterns to access our stress response and activate the entirety of our brain. It is more dynamic than meditation and is proven to improve resilience both physically and mentally.
I currently offer in person or online 1:1 training sessions.
Practice description
If you are saying things like ' I should be enjoying myself but I'm not' or 'I can't go on like this, my mood is so low', maybe you're having the occasional meltdown or you just feel you aren't functioning at your best, breathwork can help you.
