About me and my therapy practice
Rebecca O’Donovan - BACP Accred, PgDip, BA (Hons), Dip.
Hello and welcome to my page.
As your counsellor I will provide you with a confidential and non-judgmental space in which you can feel safe to share your story, express your feelings and feel heard. Together we work towards you feeling more able to cope and understand what's going on for you.
I offer both in-person and online sessions. So the choice of how you attend your counselling sessions is yours. Most of my clients are face-to-face, but when they can't make their session they often have it online. My clients tell me this blended approach and its flexibility works well for them.
