About me and my therapy practice

Rebecca O’Donovan - PgDip, BA (Hons), Dip.

Hello and welcome to my page.

I offer my clients the choice of attending in-person or online, at my private practice in N15. My practice is quiet and comfortable.

Most of my clients attend in-person. But when they can't make it in-person they can have their session on-line. It's a blended approach that's working well for clients.

This initial session is an no obligation meeting. It is an opportunity for you to meet me and discuss what brings you to therapy. If we decide to work together I would see you on a weekly basis.

Location My practice is a 6 minute from Seven Sisters tube and BR station. I have a front garden with a bench to wait on. Bikes are welcome and car parking permits are provided by me, free of charge.

Theoretical Model: Person-centred.

My qualifications: I hold a BACP Accredited Diploma and Degree from Middlesex University.

Diploma in Online Therapy from the Association for Counselling & Therapy Online.

Certificate in Group Work from the Tavistock & Portmon NHS Foundation Trust.

I also hold a Post grad Diploma in Management and a BA (Hons) in Early Years childhood.

I currently work in private practice. In recent years I worked as a therapist for: MIND in Haringey, the NSPCC on Childline, and Change, Grow, Live (CGL) a drugs and alcohol addiction agency in Camden.

I engage in continuing professional development with the BACP and other recognised organisations. I am fully insured and registered to practice.

Professional Memberships:

British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP)

The Person-Centred Association (TPCA)

Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO)
