About me and my therapy practiceIf life seems to be overly pressured and your responses to situations leave you feeling exposed or confused, therapy can provide a safe and protected space to begin to understand how and why you are where you are. I provide at least once weekly Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy in which your life experiences can be explored and understood. This provides you with the understanding to be able to make choices in your life and not to feel swept along. I work in Central and North London, where access to public transport is readily available.
