About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling trapped in a relationship or job situation? Are you are experiencing apathy, hypervigilance, anxiety or depression? Is (complex) post-traumatic stress post-traumatic stress getting in the way of your enjoyment of life?

I offer remote and face-to-face counselling for adults. As well as working in private practice I am a group facilitator for standalone.org.uk - a charity which supports those estranged from family. Narcissistic personality disorder, trauma and addiction are dominant themes in this work.

I regularly train with Orange Collective who support a growing movement in Arts and Wellbeing, in response to a mounting mental health crisis. And embrace their way of working: Protect/Connect/Regulate/Create.
