About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome , as you are reading this you may well be thinking of seeking some professional assistance right now to help you reach a level of stability and contentment whereby you can enjoy living your life again.
Life can no doubt be very challenging at times and my input aims to help you work differently with your issues so as to become less affected and more self aware to make new choices.
I help clients to overcome, change and manage their situations differntly by providing a blended approach to therapy. I use a combination of Psychodynamic CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Person Centred.
Integrating these provides the flexibility needed to adapt to the varying needs of different clients. Anxiety is my special interest and as such am an Approved Anxiety UK Therapist.
I do use coaching methods too and am qualified to do so.I find some clients use therapy to process issues then coaching to further their development,sometimes it can be a very useful alternative to therapy,coaching is less understood but shouldn't be underestimated either,it is a powerful tool for change.
