About me and my therapy practice
I run a private practice in central London, offering talk-based therapy. I offer a confidential and compassionate space, to work with clients towards healing and transformation.
I’m an integrative transpersonal therapist. This means I draw on various psychotherapeutic disciplines, including Jungian, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and nervous-system focused approaches. I consider not only your life circumstance and history, but also the “bigger picture” of your life and the wider context in which you live, such as society, generational influence, hopes and ambitions.
I've previously worked in youth mental health in the charity sector. I also have a background in yoga and meditation, including academically reading its philosophy, and history.

There are many reasons to work with a counsellor or therapist, and as an integrative therapist my approach is to tailor the therapy to your needs.
I believe one of the most important aspects of our work is the therapeutic relationship between client and practitioner. Working at your pace, I will endeavour to create a safe and caring environment.
A supportive, compassionate, and trusting therapeutic relationship is the corner-stone to working through many issues. You may have specific things you’d like to discuss or need support with, or maybe you’re unsure of exactly what to bring but know you want to explore. Whatever the case, I will tailor our sessions to your specific needs.
My first session
In our first meeting we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll get to know each other a little. Together we can look at whether working together seems suitable, and we’ll look at what direction the work might take.
Sessions are fifty minutes, and are usually at the same time each week. The number of sessions a client has depends on individual needs.
