About me and my therapy practice
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or lost, acknowledgment is the first step to healing. I understand that life can be challenging and it's not always easy to navigate through difficult times.
My name is Aashima, and I am here to offer you my support and guidance. I am a warm, compassionate, empathic and skilled counsellor and psychotherapist who can help you tap into your inner wisdom and strength. I specialize in helping individuals release negative patterns, beliefs and overcome emotional pain, and I have a wealth of experience in helping people with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship problems.
I want you to feel more in control of your emotions, have a greater sense of self-worth, and be able to effectively communicate with the people around you. We all want a sense of purpose and direction in life, being able to heal from past traumas and have a deep understanding of ourselves.

I offer my therapy online, or in in Southgate, North London (about 10 minutes from Southgate tube station).
I can also accommodate therapy session in London counselling rooms (which can be discussed during the initial consultation).
My first session
The initial session is a free call to give you an opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and how I can help.
I then use the first few sessions as assessment sessions which gives me an opportunity to fully assess the concerns, the types of therapies and treatments that will be relevant and how impactful these will be.
The remaining sessions will focus on helping to resolve the main concerns. This is done through a variety of therapies and techniques, and feedback sessions, and scheduling sessions on a regular interval to help you develop the best possible course of a resolution.
