Hi thank you for viewing my profile, I am aware how challenging  searching for the right  therapist can be. I work in a person centred way, offering a safe, non-judgemental space to explore any  issues you may be experiencing. I offer online, telephone and face 2 face sessions. The sessions will be 50 mins long. I have completed various courses in many aspects of mental health, including life experiences. 

I am a qualified person centred therapist,  we will work together to form a confidentional relationship where you will be free from judgements. I will be fully accepting of each unique individual and offer empathy and and unconditional positive regard. I also work  creativily if my client wishes to do so. I am non-directive, which means I will do my best to follow your lead  offering  autonomy and respect at all times.

I will ask clients to commit to a contract stating boundaries and fees. There will also be , a small assessment,  which we can go through together in the session or prior, via email.
