About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling and other therapies in Canterbury, and have worked in the NHS for 20 years.
If you have anxiety or depression or relationship difficulties, i can offer sessions to work through these difficulties in complete confidence.
I originally trained at Goldsmiths College, University of London, on their postgraduate counselling training; and at a London psychotherapy centre; and had further training at the Institute of Psychiatry.
I have worked in the NHS for around 20 years, as a mental health crisis team manager, as a liaison psychiatry clinical specialist, and as a psychological therapist in GP surgeries and clinics.
I have had subsequent NHS training in cognitive-behavioural therapy at the University of Sussex. I can offer EMDR for trauma.
i have an interest in Jungian approaches to well-being, and dreams and run a meditation group on Thursdays in Canterbury.
If you want to see me at Canterbury or require a home visit, i will be delighted to see you. Please see the testimonials on my website. Thank you.
