About me and my therapy practice

I listen empathically, without judgement, enabling a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am an independent private counselling practice. Previously I worked for a charity organisation for abuse,a Mental Health charity (Mind) including Depression & Anxiety issues. I am also Cruse bereavement care trained.
