About me and my therapy practice

Everyone experiences a wide range of feelings in life. You may have difficulties at home, work, college or university, with relationships, health and other life struggles. You may be at a point in life where you may need more than a friendly ear, but the thoughts of seeing a counsellor can be overwhelming. My aim is to provide a professional, but warm, confidential, non-judgemental, caring, safe environment where you and I can explore your worries together.

As a relational counsellor, I place a lot of emphasis on our relationship, with us getting to know each other and working collaboratively to improve your wellbeing.

Alongside my private practice, I volunteer at a local charity for elderly, isolated and vulnerable people. I am also a volunteer counsellor at a counselling service in New Malden.

How I work

As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I draw from a range of psychological approaches, depending on your needs.

I can work with clients short-term or long-term.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Relational Counselling.

My work includes a private practice in Hampton Hill offering therapy for individuals (16 years and over). As part of my training, I worked within the NHS counselling clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, abuse, trauma, shame, addiction, isolation and relationship problems. I currently work as a volunteer counsellor for a counselling service in New Malden and also volunteer for a local charity.

My work is regularly supervised by an accredited supervisor. I abide by the BACP code of ethics.

I am committed to ongoing professional training as per the BACP guidelines and regularly attend workshops for continued professional development.
