About me and my therapy practice
“Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards” (Soren Kierkegaard)
Sometimes we may feel that everything we experience in life is difficult, challenging or simply doesn't make sense anymore. The amount of pressure we need to handle every day may overwhelm us and we may feel really anxious, lost, confused or depressed.
The by-product of the above are difficulties we experience in our relationships with Self and others. We all possess physical and mental healths, when our physical health needs attention, we go to see a doctor. Sadly, we often disregard the latter. So how can we create healthy relationships if our own mental health suffers because we ignore it?
At times like this, psychotherapy and counselling can come really handy and can help us to see our lives through a different pair of lens. No matter what, therapy can be a beautiful investment in your personal well being, health and prosperousness, you may develop new powerful meanings of yourself and the world around you.
I offer a fully confidential, non-judgemental and integrative approach to therapy for couples and individuals. I use evidence-based and humanistic models, which help to work through life challenges whilst gaining more awareness and confidence of self.
