About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed and you are looking to talk to someone who is outside of your situation and non-judgemental?
Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where together we can explore what is troubling you. Through this unique relationship we can begin to make sense of your experiences so that you can find the strength within yourself to move towards change.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist (MA integrative counselling & psychotherapy, Roehampton University), and I am a registered member of the BACP. I have experience working with many different problems including anxiety, depression, stress and identity issues. I have worked in private practice, the NHS and with older adults in a charity setting. My practice is located on Ashford High Street where there is plenty of free parking. It is a short walk from Ashford railway station and there are number of bus routes that pass close by.
