About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Jeremy.
I offer counselling that is thoughtful, grounded, and quietly insightful. My approach is to provide a calm, respectful space where you can talk openly and begin making sense of what’s going on.
I work with adults from all backgrounds and walks of life. Some come with anxiety or ongoing stress, others with relationship difficulties or periods of change. Sometimes there’s no clear label just a sense that things aren’t sitting right. Wherever you find yourself, we begin there.
Your sessions are shaped by what you need, whether that’s gaining clarity, working towards practical changes, or understanding things more deeply.
I listen carefully and ask considered questions, helping you see things from a different angle and bringing clarity to experiences that may have felt confusing or tangled. There’s space to think, to pause, and to say things out loud that may not have been said before.
My approach is calm and down to earth. There’s no jargon and no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready.
