About me and my therapy practice

Hello I am Jeremy and if you are thinking about having some counselling   please feel free to send me a message or give me a call and we can arrange a convenient time for you.

Would you like  to take positive steps to improve your well-being,  discover a greater insight, evolve a deeper understanding of yourself, whilst learning new coping skills and building self-esteem?

Whether you’re suffering with  anxiety, depression, family and relationship problems, loss or simply knowing that something just isn’t quite right, by gaining a clearer and different perspective through counselling may help you navigate through the choppy waters.   Sometimes it is to difficult to talk to family and friends  for many reasons  so please don’t suffer in silence remember it is good to talk.

How does it work? Appointments are weekly or sometimes fortnightly and we will aim to meet at the same time and on the same day if possible. My counselling room is easily accessible on the Welford Road in Knighton Leicester, situated on the ground floor with wheelchair access.

Experience a warm and nonjudgemental empathic environment where you will be heard and understood giving you the space and time necessary to process your feelings and thoughts.

Together we can work through any emotional difficulties and thought patterns which could be impairing you from living a fulfilled life.
