About me and my therapy practice

I provide a safe space where clients can come and explore the emotional issues they are experiencing, hoping to make sense of what they are feeling.

The goal for clients is to experience a non judgemental environment where they can focus on understanding more about how and why they react and respond to issues, as they do.

My first session

The first session is always about us both considering if we can work together, just getting a feel of the suffoundings and environment. There is always discussion regarding expectations and what counselling involves.
