About me and my therapy practice

In addition to being an experienced BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist I am fully trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for PTSD and developmental trauma. I also offer supervision, training in mental health and working with addictions, and facilitate Eight Week MBSR/MBCT Mindfulness courses.
